Refund & Cancellation

Summary
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing — access stays until the end of your paid term. 7-day refund on your first purchase — but only if you have not used any AI (a single report, AI job, or analyzed trade voids it). Renewals are not refundable pro-rata but you keep access until term end. A same-plan duplicate charge within 48h is auto-eligible.
1. When you are charged
- Monthly $19.99 — charged at purchase, then every month.
- Quarterly $17.99/mo — charged $53.97 at purchase, then every 3 months.
- Yearly $15.99/mo — charged $191.88 at purchase, then every year.
- Regular price is $24.99/mo. You pay the price shown at checkout. Yearly at $191.88 is launch pricing until 31 Dec 2026 — from 1 Jan 2027, new Yearly purchases bill at the regular price. Monthly and Quarterly always bill at current prices.
- Prices are in USD and include all taxes — we absorb regional VAT/GST on card payments to keep plans affordable; crypto payments have no tax added.
2. Renewal
Crypto payments never auto-charge: to continue after your term ends, buy a new term before expiry — paid time stacks from your current expiry. Card payments auto-renew each term until cancelled. We email renewal reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiry. Cancel in Settings → Billing to stop future renewals; the current term stays active until expiry. No receipt emails are sent — your on-screen payment receipt at checkout and the permanent receipt history under Settings → Billing are the record.
3. How to cancel
Settings → Billing → Cancel, or email journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc with your account email. Cancellation is immediate for future terms; current term remains active until expiry. No cancellation fee.
4. Refunds

- First purchase: Full refund within 7 days — strictly with zero AI use (no saved reports, AI jobs, per-trade AI analysis, or AI usage of any kind; even one voids eligibility). Request it in the app: Settings → Billing → Payment history → Request refund. Card payments are refunded to the original card (3–10 business days). Crypto payouts ask for a coin and wallet address — for USDT, USDC and BNB we only accept ERC-style addresses starting with 0x — TRC20 (Tron) and BEP20 (BSC) formats are not accepted, so do not submit them.
- How payouts work: Refunds are paid manually in crypto to the wallet address you give us, within 5 business days. Double-check the address — crypto transfers can't be reversed. Approving a refund revokes your plan access right away.
- Renewals & monthly usage: Non-refundable, but you retain access until term end. Exception: same-plan duplicate charge within 48h — auto-eligible, refunded within 5 business days.
- Prefer email? You can still write to journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc with your invoice (hades_…) — but the in-app flow is faster.
- Chargebacks: Open a ticket first — we resolve within 48h — to avoid service interruption.
5. Launch pricing*
* Yearly at $191.88/yr is launch pricing for purchases completed before 31 Dec 2026. From 1 Jan 2027, new Yearly purchases bill at the then-current regular price (announced in advance — it may or may not include a discount). Monthly ($19.99) and Quarterly ($53.97) always bill at current prices. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you pay the then-current regular price (currently $24.99/mo).
6. Taxes & invoices
Receipts are shown on-screen at checkout and kept permanently under Settings → Billing; no invoices are emailed. Prices are in USD and include all taxes — we absorb regional VAT/GST on card payments; crypto payments have no tax added.
8. Payout timeline
- Request: Settings → Billing → Payment history → Request refund (or email with invoice hades_…).
- Review: we check purchase date, AI usage, and duplicate status — usually within 24h on weekdays.
- Approval + revoke: approving a refund revokes your plan access right away.
- Manual payout: paid manually in crypto to the wallet address you gave us, within 5 business days. Double-check the address — crypto transfers can't be reversed. For USDT, USDC and BNB we only accept ERC-style addresses starting with 0x.
- Record: the payout hash / record appears in your Billing history.
9. Denied requests & appeals
Denied when: AI was used (any saved report, AI job, or per-trade analysis), the 7-day window passed, or it is a renewal. To appeal, reply to our email with your account email, invoice (hades_…), and why you believe the decision was wrong — we re-review within 48h on weekdays.
10. Plan upgrades mid-term
Buying a longer term mid-cycle starts a new stacked term from your current expiry — there is no proration or partial refund of the old term. Renewals and stacked terms always bill at the then-current price of the plan.
11. Failed & underpaid payments
If a CoinPayments payment fails, is underpaid, or its payment window expires, no plan is activated and nothing is owed back — simply retry checkout or contact journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc with your invoice (hades_…).
12. Abuse
Refunds may be denied for abuse — including false wallet-address claims or repeated refund-then-repurchase patterns to game pricing or the 7-day window.
