Launch pricing — Yearly $191.88 until 31 Dec 2026: the current Yearly price ($15.99/mo, billed $191.88) is launch pricing available until 31 Dec 2026. From 1 Jan 2027, new Yearly purchases bill at the regular price (announced here before the change — it may or may not include a discount). Monthly ($19.99) and Quarterly ($53.97) always bill at current prices. The displayed price at checkout is always the price you pay. Cancel or refund and any repurchase bills at the then-current price.

1. Who we are

HADES (“we”, “us”) is run by a small independent developer team, contact: journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc. Site: https://lifeoftrader.cc. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us for your use of the site, apps and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Account means your login identity, including any trading accounts, journal entries and settings under it.
Subscription means a paid monthly, quarterly or yearly entitlement to paid features.
Your Data means trades, journal entries, uploads, strategies, settings and anything else you submit or import.
AI Features means report generation, trade critique, coaching, journal assistance and similar model-powered outputs.

3. What HADES is (and is not)

HADES is a trade journal, analytics and AI critique tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or execution signals. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong — including grades, scores and suggested rule changes — and must be reviewed before acting on them. Backtests, Monte Carlo simulations and projections are hypothetical and not indicative of future results. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and any losses. Past simulated performance (Monte Carlo etc.) is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login, including Google sign-in linked to your account. Notify us at journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc of any unauthorized use.
One person per account unless we approve otherwise in writing. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.
We may terminate accounts that abuse the service, scrape, or violate these terms.

5. Free plan

Core journaling (trades, calendar, journal entries, basic statistics and calculators) is free within the published limits shown in Settings → Billing (trade storage and AI usage caps). We may adjust free limits as the service evolves; paid features always require an active Subscription. Automated or bulk creation of free accounts to evade limits is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Plans: Monthly $19.99/mo (billed $19.99), Quarterly $17.99/mo (billed $53.97 every 3 months), Yearly $15.99/mo (billed $191.88 yearly). Regular price $24.99/mo. All prices are in USD and include taxes — we absorb regional VAT/GST so the price you see is the price you pay.

How you pay: exclusively in cryptocurrency via CoinPayments (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, BNB, DOGE, XRP). We collect no card or bank details and store no payment method. Each checkout creates a unique invoice (hades_…); send the exact amount to the shown address before it expires.
Underpaid or expired payments do not activate a plan. Overpayments are credited as completed. If your payment does not confirm, check its status under Settings → Billing → Payment history or contact support with your invoice ID.
Receipts: an on-screen receipt is shown at checkout and every transaction stays in your Payment history with a printable receipt. We send no email invoices.

7. Renewals & cancellation

Renewal: We store no payment method and make no automatic charges. To continue, buy a new term before expiry — paid time stacks from your current expiry.
Cancel anytime: Cancel in Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid term. No prorated refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.
Expiry: when a term ends without renewal, paid features revert to free limits. Your data is retained (see §11).
Price changes: We may change pricing with 14 days notice on this page. The displayed price at checkout is always the price you pay.

8. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: 7 days on a first purchase with strictly zero AI use, requested in-app (Settings → Billing → Payment history → Request refund) with a wallet address for the manual crypto payout. Approved refunds revoke paid access immediately; the payout transaction hash is shown in your history. Duplicate charges are refunded within 5 business days. Support email remains available as a fallback.

9. AI features & your data

AI features work out of the box via the platform key — no key required. Free accounts get 5 AI uses in total; paid plans get 10 AI uses per day. You may optionally bring your own OpenAI-compatible key (BYOK) for unlimited AI use. Trade data you import is used only to generate your reports and is not sold. Your API keys are encrypted and never shown back to the browser. AI outputs are generated content and may contain errors — verify anything material. See Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service, or circumvent rate limits, access controls or plan limits.
Scrape, harvest or bulk-export other users' content, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities (report them instead — we appreciate it).
Share accounts, resell access, or misrepresent AI outputs as professional advice.
Rely on prop-firm guardrails, risk metrics or calculators as guarantees — they are informational estimates, not promises of any outcome.

11. Your data: ownership, export & deletion

Ownership: Your Data remains yours. HADES software, design and content are owned by us.
Export: your trades and full account backup can be exported at any time (Settings → Export / Data).
Trading-account deletion in Settings permanently deletes that account's trades and deposits — this cannot be undone, and the confirmation shows how many trades will be removed.
Closing your login entirely (all accounts and data) is handled on request via journal.hades@lifeoftrader.cc; we confirm before anything is removed.
Backups, if any, age out on our hosting provider's schedule and are not a substitute for your own exports.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties: CoinPayments (crypto checkout), Google (optional sign-in), AI model providers (report generation, including BYOK endpoints you configure), and hosting infrastructure. Their availability, fees and terms are outside our control; blockchain transactions are irreversible — always verify destination addresses. We are not responsible for third-party outages, but paid time lost to our own extended downtime may be compensated at our discretion.

13. Availability & changes to the Service

We aim for reliable service but guarantee no uptime percentage. Maintenance, AI provider limits, exchange-data gaps or import-format changes may temporarily degrade features. We may add, change or retire features; paid features in effect at purchase remain for the paid term, and material removals will be announced in-app where reasonable.

14. Termination

By you: cancel anytime (§7); delete trading accounts in Settings; request full closure via support email.
By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse resources, commit payment fraud or remain unpaid, with or without prior notice for serious misuse.
Effect: access ends, paid features revert, and data is handled per §11. Sections that by nature survive (IP, liability, disputes) remain in force.

15. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs, analytics or backtests are accurate or complete.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data (beyond restoring from available backups, if any), or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — even if advised of their possibility.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the HADES team against claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, cancel before it takes effect (§7).

19. General

Entire agreement: these terms plus the Privacy, Refund and Cookies policies are the whole agreement for the Service.
Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment: you may not assign your account; we may assign in connection with a merger or sale, with notice.
Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (outages, network failures, regulatory actions).
